I think climbing a ladder count as strength training. Maybe I didn't run but going up and down a ladder over and over and over and over - OK you get the point - counts. When you have high ceilings it is more than a reach so you get in using different muscle groups. I am also getting up earlier and working all day. When I run it is usually an hour or two then I am done for the day. So, I am hoping this painting is work up my energy. We will see!!
