Today I experienced a muscle so tight it wanted to cramp up on me. I slowed way down and walked a bit then tried running slow that did not help. After a mile I stopped and went and had some dinner. Drank a lot of water took some B12. I then tried again and as I was walking I could tell it was tight so I walked slow. I mean really slow. Then the muscle relaxed and I picked up the walking speed. I decided today would only be a walk. I just wanted to keep the muscle moving not push it today.
